Code of Ethics and Conduct
It is intended for all employees, bringing together principles and ethical rules aligned with applicable legislation, guiding behaviour and decisions in the performance of their duties.
The Code must be interpreted in conjunction with internal policies, procedures and regulations. The application of this Code and its observance does not preclude or prevent the simultaneous application of rules set out in legal provisions.
Whistleblowing Reports

Anti-corruption
Committed to upholding the highest standards of ethics, integrity and legal compliance, JOBASI has implemented the Plan for the Prevention of Corruption and Related Offences (PPR).
This Plan identifies risks of corruption and related offences across the different operational areas. It defines preventive and corrective measures to mitigate the identified risks.
As we are a company with more than 50 employees, we are legally obliged to comply with the new General Regime for the Prevention of Corruption (RGPC).
